By creating an account or using Deuka -Local Social App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Deuka -Local Social App is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old. We ask for your date of birth once and it cannot be changed afterwards. Giving a false date of birth is a breach of these Terms and we may permanently close your account.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. One person, one account; do not impersonate anyone else or create accounts to evade a ban.

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit and display that content solely to operate the service — for example, delivering your message to the person you sent it to. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your content. Do not send anything you do not have the right to send.
Credits are a virtual in-app balance with no monetary value. They cannot be bought with money, exchanged for money, transferred, or refunded. Credits are earned by watching rewarded ads and by allocations we may grant, and are spent on messaging and on unlocking access to certain groups.
Rewarded-ad credits are granted only after our servers verify with Google that the ad was genuinely watched. Attempting to obtain credits by any other means — replaying requests, modifying the app, or automating ad views — is a breach of these Terms and we may remove credits and close your account.
Group administrators may set an access price and duration for their group. Access you have paid for runs for the stated period. We may change credit prices and allocations; we will not remove access you have already paid for.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate an account that breaches these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or where necessary to protect users. Where appropriate we will tell you why and you may appeal in the app. Serious breaches — particularly anything involving child safety — result in immediate permanent removal and may be reported to the authorities.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings.
The service is supported by advertising, including rewarded ads that grant credits. Ads are not shown in chat.
We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Deuka Chat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from or relating to your use of the Service. We are also not responsible for content posted, shared, or transmitted by other users. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the applicable laws and legal procedures of India.
